ZenTao is a management tool designed for Agile methodology, Scrum especially. You might be wondering whether you have to adopt Agile methodology if you want to use ZenTao. The answer is NO. You can do Waterfall using ZenTao and you will do it quite well. Considering that users might use different methodologies, we adopt more neutral concepts instead of concepts in Scrum.

A
Acceptance
It is a set of descriptions that is done by measurable data to verify whether requirements have been implemented by quantified data.
Access Control
It is also called Privilege in ZenTao. You will see the content either Public, visible to all users, or Private.
Action
It includes Edit, Delete, Link and more to a story/task/bug in ZenTao.
B
Block
It is a widget in ZenTao that can be quite customizable.
Build
It is to compile all of the source code for the project into a set of executable binaries, that in turn get packaged into a final product.
Burndown Chart
It is the same in Scrum.
D
Dynamic
When a user changes anything in ZenTao, a record will be displayed.
E
Estimate
When creating/assigning a task/bug, you will enter the number of man-hours estimated to finish it.
K
Kanban
It is the same in Scrum.
M
Milestone
It is the same in Scrum.
Module
It is a structure in an application that performs some function independently.
P
Planning Poker
A poker used in Scrum to estimate the man-hour to finish a task/bug etc.
Priority
When creating a story/task/bug/todo etc., you will be asked to set it. It marks the importance and is shorted as P on My Dashboard to show how important a story/task/bug/todo is in ZenTao.
Privilege
It is to set the access of a user to a certain view/module, which is done by setting groups in ZenTao.
Product Owner
It is called Product Manager sometimes in ZenTao.

ReleaseIt is the same in Scrum.
Retro Steps
It is steps taken to reproduce bugs in ZenTao.
Roadmap
It is a set of releases chronically.

Scrum Master
It is also seen as Project Manager who is in charge of a Sprint in ZenTao.
Sprint
It is also taken as a project in ZenTao,
Stage
It is the phase of the case in ZenTao.
Story
It is the same concept as user story in Scrum.

WBS
It is to break down a story into several tasks for Dev teams.

A PHP framework designed by ZenTao team, which has a clear structure and easy extension mechanism.
